Villa Kalina has a maximum capacity of 10 guests, which may stay in 5 double and twin rooms. Three of the rooms are on the second floor and the other two rooms are adjoining, located on the mansard floor. Every room has an air conditioner, en-suite bathroom and terrace. On the ground floor of the villa are located a cosy tavern with TV set, fireplace, audio system and a games rooms with backgammon, cards, darts, feather-ball. On the first floor the villa has a living room with set of sofas, a dining room and a kitchen provided with all necessary appliances, cutlery, crockery and glassware.
