Guest House and Villa Markashnitsa is a complex of a guest house and a private villa located in the village of Izvos, 4 km from Belogradchik, at the foothills of the Belogradchik Rocks. Guest House and Villa Markashnitsa is suitable for family events and celebrations with friends, for complete rest in a peaceful and quiet, cosy and comfortable atmosphere. The guest house is a one-storey building with a double room, two twin rooms and a bathroom. The villa is a two-storey building with a double room, bathroom, dining room and fully equipped kitchenette on the first floor and a double room with a spacious terrace on the second. Every room has a TV set with satellite television. In the winter the heating is provided with convection heaters. Guest House and Villa Markashnitsa are placed amidst a common courtyard with a high stone fence and plenty of grassed lawns and flower beds. In a separate building of the complex is located a barbecue-tavern in traditional style with a fireplace and an audio system. In the courtyard of Guest House and Villa Markashnitsa is located an outdoor swimming pool - 7 m long, 4 m wide and 1.8 m deep.
