Костадиновите къщи е тризвезден комплекс, намиращ се в живописната махала Долни чукани, разположена над гр. Елена. Jovchevata Kashta is a beautifully restored Bulgarian revival house dating back to the end of the 18th century. It is located in the Kilajevtsi hamlet of the beautiful historic town Elena. Surrounded from three sides by a murmuring river, Jovchevata Kashta enjoys an idyllic setting and atmosphere full of serenity and peacefulness. Four rooms with two and three beds sharing two bathrooms are available for the house guests. They may be used as two two-room apartments. The interior of the whole house is also dominated by the authentic old Bulgarian style. Even the house heating system is actually a restored ancient heating system called 'open fireplace'. There is also a modern hot water heating system, which guarantees warm and comfort even in the coldest days and nights. Jovchevata Kashta offers a tavern, where the delightful hosts will serve typical local dishes. For those guests of the house who prefer to prepared their own food is provided a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, refrigerator, washing machine, a summer kitchen, dining room and a barbecue corner. In the living room is provided a corner for quiet games, a TV set, DVD. IN the house garden guests will find a children's playground. The region is suitable for fishing and eco tours.

Metsovata Kashta is set in an old house dating back to the Bulgarian Revival period and located in the historic town of Elena. The house is completely restored preserving the huge original entrance gate, the thick stone walls, the wooden verandas and the numerous objects from the every day lives of the Bulgarians two centuries ago. Metsovata Kashta is intended entirely for self-catering use and its maximum capacity is eight guests. In the front yard of the house is provided parking space for cars. IN the large back yard is built a covered barbecue corner with a dining table and chairs. The rest of the garden is terraced and grasses forming plenty of cozy nooks for lazing and games in the open. Metsovata Kashta boasts a pleasant authentic tavern with a fireplace, stone walls, wooden tables and chairs, a bar аnd authentic old-tиmes accessories. The fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, refrigerator and utensils allows the house guests to cook for themselves. The house rooms are provided with new furniture, TV sets, local heating system and share one bathroom with shower. Close to Metsovata Kashta is located a restaurant, a licensed bar, food store.
