Villa Adis is a luxurious house situated amidst a century-old pine-tree forest in Rila next to the resort Borovets only 70 km from Sofia. Because of its closeness to the ski runs and its seclusion the villa is the ideal place for a romantic getaway or a vacation with friends and the family. Villa Adis may comfortably sleep a total of eight guests in five guest rooms, which share three bathrooms with showers. On every floor of the villa is provided one TV set with satellite television. The villa is set in a three-storey beautiful house, which has its own guarded parking lot and a large enclosed garden. On the first floor of the villa is provided a living room with sofas, a fireplace and a TV set. Right next to it are the wonderful winter garden and the dining room with the kitchen, which are entirely for the self-contained use of the villa guests. The kitchen is fitted with a refrigerator, cooker, aspirator, sink. On the second floor of the villa are situated one double room, consisting of an entrance hall and a bedroom, as well as two apartments, each with one bedroom and one living room. On the third floor of Villa Ibar is located a second double room, one apartment with three beds and one apartment with four. Every room and apartment has a private bathroom either with a shower cabin or a bath tub, a TV set, heating, old style comfortable furnishing. On the ground floor of Villa Ibar are offered a sauna, a table tennis, a bathroom with a shower cabin and a rest corner. The villa is a wonderful choice for a tranquil vacation and complete relaxation in Rila.

The five-star Villa Strezov is located in a pine-tree forest, half a kilometer from the lifts, restaurants and shops of the mountain resort Borovets. Built entirely in the typical alpine style, the villa offers home-like coziness and tranquility in a luxury atmosphere.
