Villa Alpin is situated at 7 km from the ski resort Borovets and at 7 km from Samokov in the Rila village of Beli Iskar. In close proximity to the villa situated at 123 m altitude is Malyovitsa, the Seven Rila Lakes, the Valchi Dol locality. The guests of Villa Alpin may organize walking tours in the mountain, excursions to nearby interesting places, practice different sports throughout the whole year, including skiing and snowboarding during the winter at the nearby resorts.
