Set at the foot of the peak Mara Gidik in the Marishnitsa locality, Villa Raya is the perfect place for a tranquil vacation or a short break. it has a large grassed yard suitable for playing basketball, soccer, feather ball and other games. The open-air swimming pool is available to all guests of the villa, who want to freshen up during the hot summer days. There are also chaise-lounges, bikes, balls, a hammock and many other extras for the complimentary use by the guests. The villa has two floors. On the first one are located the dining room, the living room with a TV set, a fully equipped kitchen two terraces, a bathroom, an inside and outside fireplace. The second floor features four bedrooms - one double and three twin rooms. One of them has private facilities, the other three share one bathroom. There is a possibility to add a third bed in the rooms. The villa proprietor may provide different meals upon preliminary request.
