Apartments Ivanovi provide four rooms and five apartments in Plovdiv rented out on hotel basis. They are suitable for business visitors of the city and tourists who are looking for low rates, modern facilities, peacefulness and home-like ambiance. All rooms and one of the apartments are located in a new building on Podofitser Georgi Kotov Street across the boulevard from the International Fair in Plovdiv. Two of the apartments are set on Ivan Rilski Street and the other two - on Sredets Street. All apartments are only a few minutes away on foot from the International Fair and Novotel Plovdiv. They all are provided with a TV set, Wi-Fi internet, air conditioner, a sleeping area or separate bedroom, a seating area with settees, dining area and kitchenette with refrigerator, cutlery, crockery, microwave oven, sink, en-suite bathroom, one or two terraces. In some apartments are provided washing machines. The rooms are four in total. Every pair of rooms shares a bathroom and toilet. All are equipped with LCD TV set with cable television, air conditioner and wardrobe. The rates are negotiated based on the number of guests and length of stay.
