Villa Binny is a holiday villa in St. St. Constantin and Elena with a lovely garden, located 400 meters from the resort beach. The villa is a wonderful choice for a sea holiday for those who prefer peaceful and quiet surroundings, home-like cosiness and complete privacy. Villa Binny is a two-storey house from 1996, fully renovated in 2010. On the ground floor are located a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom with an air conditioner, a double and a single bed. Here is also located the living room with a set of sofas and a TV set, which opens onto a marble patio and the English-style garden with flower beds, evergreen shrubs and grassed areas suitable for children's games and relaxing. On the second floor of the villa are provided two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each of the bedrooms has an air conditioner, one double and a single bed. Villa Binny also offer a studio with a private entrance, terrace, bathroom, kitchenette, a double bed, air conditioner and a TV set. For the guests of the villa in St St Constantine and Elena are provided a barbecue, a children's pool, chaise-lounges and parking for 2-3 cars.
