Villa Kalina is a completely furnished villa in the village of Velika, equipped with all modern conveniences needed for an enjoyable self-catering stay and complete rest. The villa is situated at the foothills of National Park Strandja only 3 km from the sea resort Lozenets. Some of the most beautiful beaches of the BUlgarians South Black Sea Coast may be reached by car in 5-10 minutes from Velika. Villa Kalina has a maximum capacity of 10 guests, which may stay in 5 double and twin rooms. Three of the rooms are on the second floor and the other two rooms are adjoining, located on the mansard floor. Every room has an air conditioner, en-suite bathroom and terrace. On the ground floor of the villa are located a cosy tavern with TV set, fireplace, audio system and a games rooms with backgammon, cards, darts, feather-ball. On the first floor the villa has a living room with set of sofas, a dining room and a kitchen provided with all necessary appliances, cutlery, crockery and glassware. In the picturesque garden of Villa Kalina is created a children's playground together with a cosy nook with artificial pond, a summer kitchen with table for 10 guests and a barbecue.
