The ancient Bulgarian capital Pliska is situated 15 km from the house and Shumen is 20 km away from it. The house has two storey and is built in the traditional Bulgarian style. On the first floor is situated a spacious tavern with seats for 25 people, equipped with a fireplace, home cinema system, TV set, bar. On the same floor is located a large kitchen featuring everything necessary for a comfortable self-catering stay. In the spacious garden of the house is provided a barbecue corner with dining tables and chairs set under a shelter. Guest House Rai in Kyulevcha has six guest rooms - one on the first floor of the house and the other five - on the second. Every room features a TV set, air conditioner and private bathroom.
