Valevi Houses are located in the balneal resort Chiflik, which is 15 km from Troyan and is famous with its healing mineral water springs and magnificent nature. The complex consists of two newly built houses in the typical for the region Bulgarian Revival style. The first house has five studios, three of which may accommodate up to four guests each and have private bathrooms. The other two studios may accommodate two or three guests each and share a bathroom. The second house has six studios, two of which may accommodate up to four guests each and have private facilities. The other four studios share two bathrooms and each may accommodate two or three guests. All studios are tastefully decorated with new and modern furniture, TV sets with cable television, refrigerator, iron, hot water boiler, local heating, spacious bathrooms with showers and hairdryers. The room rates do not include breakfast but includes the free use of the covered and open-air swimming pools, the parking lot and the terrace.
