PenBro Apart-Hotel Derekovi Kashti is owned by a Scottish family, which is perhaps one of the first foreigners who have settled permanently in Bulgaria. The hotel is located in the village Banya close to Razlog. Built entirely in the old Bulgarian style it has the perfect setting and conditions for scientific, eco and agricultural tourism in the region. The guests may choose among thee apartments with capacity from one to four guests and three additional apartments with capacity from one to five people. Each apartments has one or two bedrooms, a living room with an extending couch, fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom with shower cabin, terrace, TV set with cable television, security system. For long-term stays the bed linen is changed every three days. Guests may use for no additional charge the laundry facilities with clothes drying facilities. PenBro Apart-Hotel Derekovi Kashti has a small authentic tavern, which guests may use for a small additional fee. The groceries may be delivered by the hosts or the guests may go shopping. Close to the hotel are located numerous charming shops and taverns with superb cuisine.
