On an area of ten decares on the very shore of the Dospat Dam is located Holiday Village Iva. In the main building of the complex are available eight guest rooms and one apartment, each provided with a private bathroom. In some of them is equipped a small kitchen with a cooker and refrigerator. Eleven bungalow comprise the rest of the accommodation at Holiday Village Iva. Each bungalow has a terrace, private bathroom, bedroom, kitchen. The bungalows and the rooms in the main building are cozily appointed and offer home-like atmosphere and warmth. Around the bungalows are provided barbecues for the exclusive use of the guests in the complex. Additionally Holiday Village Iva offers a panorama restaurant, which serves different local delicacies, home-cooked dishes from ecologically clean bio products and different drinks. The restaurant is suitable for hosting different celebrations and events. By staying in Holiday Village Iva the guests will have the opportunity to fish in the Dospat Dam and other dams nearby. Here re practiced all water sports and for the children is provided a safe playground.
