Villa Klimat is situated close to the palace Evksinograd in the Trakata locality only three kilometers from the resort Saints Konstantin and Elena, five kilometers from Varna and 12 kilometers from Golden Sands. Just next to the villa is the bus stop Trakata, which connects the villa with the city and the nearby sea resorts. Villa Klimat may accommodate its guests in six exceptionally spacious rooms with new furnishing in the traditional style of Troyan (a Bulgarian Revival town situated in Stara planina mountain). Every room has a private bathroom with a shower and/or bath tub, air conditioner, TV set with cable television, kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator. Fro the balconies of all rooms in Villa Klimat visitors may enjoy the magnificent views of the sea. Additionally they may use a multi-functional hall with 60 sq. m. in size and a capacity for 30 people, which is equipped with wooden tables and chairs, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, barbecue and a separate bathroom. This hall is suitable for holding various events and celebrations. The garden of Villa Klimat provides enough space for barbecue and parking.
