Villa Irmena is located three kilometers from Balchik, 6 km from Albena and 32 km from Varna. The nearest beach is only five minutes away on foot from the villa as well as the bus stop where guests can catch regularly passing buses to the nearby resorts. Villa Irmena has a ground floor and two additional standard floors, which offer a total of three guest rooms. On of the rooms is located on the first floor together with a private bathroom. On the same floor there is a spacious terrace with a table and chairs. The other two guest rooms are located on the second floor. They share a bathroom and have smaller terraces. On the same floor for the common use of the guests are provided coffee machine, fridge, toaster. When they wish so, the guests can use the fully equipped kitchen of Villa Irmena, located on the ground floor. They can also use the grill and the barbecue provided in the house garden.
